cups shredded cabbage (1 sm. head)
1/2 cup chopped dates
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple,
drained
Dressing
1/2
cup dairy sour cream
1 T honey
1 t lime juice
1 t finely chopped crystallized ginger
1/4 cup flaked coconut
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, dates and pineapple. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, honey, lime juice and ginger.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss lightly. To serve, sprinkle
coconut over slaw.
