SHRIMP
ARTICHOKE DIP
Makes 4 cups
4
oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 oz. Parmasan Cheese, shredded
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup mayonnaise
½ t. garlic salt
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled (can also use crab)
Paprika & chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. In a medium size baking dish, mix Cheddar, Parmesan,
hearts, green onions, garlic salt, mayonnaise and shrimp. Sprinkle
with paprika and parsley. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes
or until lightly browned.
Butter and toast
baguette slices in oven – serve with dip.
