PUMPKIN
BREAD WITH DATES AND WALNUTS
Makes 2 loaves
Preheat oven to 350ºF
2 cups Brown
Sugar
2 cups Pumpkin Puree
2 Eggs
1 cup Oil
1 cup Spice Hunter Mulled Apple Cider
4-1/2 cups all-purpose Flour
2 T. Baking Powder
1 cup Dates
1 cup Walnuts
Mix brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil and cider. Add dry ingredients
and mix until moist. Add dates and walnuts. Divide batter into equal
portions for 2 greased loaf pans. Place in preheated oven for 50
minutes.
Cool in pans
on a rack until room temperature, then remove and serve.
