CRANBERRY
WALNUT PIE

cups fresh or frozen cranberries
½ cup chopped walnuts
1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 t. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten
Grease 10-inch
pie pan with oil. Cover bottom with cranberries and nuts. Sprinkle
with ½ cup sugar. Melt butter, add flour, almond extract,
remaining sugar and eggs. Mix, pour over cranberries and nuts. Bake
at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
