CHEESECAKE

cups crushed Cheerios
1½ sticks melted butter
¼ cup sugar
1 t. cinnamon

(8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
¾ t. orange unsweetened Kool-Aid powder
½ t. vanilla
1
cup sour cream
½ t. lemon unsweetened Kool-Aid powder
2 T. sugar
½ t. vanilla
Mix Cheerios,
butter, ¼ cup sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Press mixture
on bottom and sides of 8” or 9” springform pan. Chill.
In large bowl,
beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in eggs (one at a time); add
1 cup sugar, orange Kool-Aid, ½ t. vanilla – mixing
thoroughly. Pour filling into crust and bake at 375 degrees for
35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Raise oven
temp to 475 degrees.
Combine sour
cream, lemon Kool-Aid, 2 T. sugar and ½ t. vanilla in small
bowl. Spread on cooled cheesecake. Bake for 10 minutes. Chill for
24 hours before serving with whipped topping and candy sprinkles.
