LEMONADE
PIE
Makes 2 9-inch
pies
2 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
12-oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 8-oz. package of softened cream cheese
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 lemon for garnish, if desired
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine thawed lemonade concentrate,
cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend on medium speed
until mixture is smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Split mixture
& pour into your 2 graham cracker crusts. Chill before serving
(until hard enough to slice). Garnish with thin lemon twists if
you’d like!
