PEACH PECAN

cups sliced fresh peaches
½ cup sugar
2 T. quick cooking tapioca
1 T. lemon juice
½ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter
½ cup chopped pecans
Combine
peaches, sugar, tapioca and lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes. Combine
flour and brown sugar, then cut in butter and pecans. Sprinkle 1/3
cup crumbled mixture into the bottom of unbaked pie shell. Add peaches,
then remainder of crumbled mixture on top. Bake at 450 degrees for
10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
