PEANUT
BUTTER PIE

cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
2 t. melted butter
1-8 oz. tub of whipped topping, thawed
1 (9-inch) chocolate crumb pie crust
Beat peanut
butter, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and butter thoroughly until
creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate
overnight. Can also freeze for several hours if you’re in
a hurry! Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired. |
