eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
½ cup nuts
1 – 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, don’t drain
TOPPING
½
cup pecans, chopped
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
½ stick butter, melted
1 T. vanilla
Mix cake ingredients
together and bake in 350-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes in a well
greased and floured 9”x 13” pan. Mix topping, thin with
milk if needed and spread over hot cake! |
