PISTACHIO
CAKE
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup club soda
1 t. almond extract
1 box Pistachio Pudding and Pie filling
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 t. salt
1/2 cup candied cherries, chopped
Mix together and beat 3 minutes. Put in greased bundt pan. Bake
one hour at 325 degrees.
VANILLA GLAZE
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
2 T. heavy cream
1/2 t. vanilla extract
Pour melted butter over powdered sugar, add cream and vanilla. Stir
until creamy and smooth. Add a little milk to thin if desired. Drizzle
over cooled cake.
