RASPBERRY CRUMB CAKE
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Cake ingredients

1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 egg
2 t. baking powder
¼ cup oil
½ cup half and half

Crumb topping

½ cup sugar
2 T. butter
¼ cup flour
½ t. cardamom

Combine all ingredients for cake except raspberries. Fold in berries last and pour batter into lightly greased & floured loaf pan. Top with crumb mixture and bake for about 1 hour. Delicious!
