Salad
3
cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
1 cup snow peas
1 red bell pepper, slivered
¼ cup chopped scallions
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
2
T. lime juice
2 T. chopped green onions
½ T. soy sauce
¾ T. grated fresh ginger
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 T. chopped hazelnuts or pecans
Toss
together cabbage, snow peas, bell pepper, scallions and cilantro.
Whisk together lime juice, onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic,
sesame seeds and olive oil. Pour over salad and toss. Sprinkle
with nuts and serve.
