Cranberry-Orange
Chutney
1
cup fresh orange sections, chopped
¼ cup orange juice
4 cups fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped, unpeeled apple
½ cup raisins
¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 T. white vinegar
½ t. ground cinnamon
Combine
all ingredients in large saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer
5 minutes or until the berries begin to burst. Chill. Serve
with turkey or roast beef. This is wonderful to give as a
hostess gift during the holidays!
