HAMBURGER
WELLINGTON
Ingredients:
¾
lb. lean ground beef
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls
Mix
beef, salt and pepper, walnuts and cheese in a bowl. Roll
out rolls on floured board and separate into triangles. Divide
meat into 8 portions and place at large end of each triangle.
Roll to shape, then brush with milk or butter. Bake in pan
with sides at 375 degress for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with marinara, roasted red pepper or cheese sauce –
also delicious with mushroom gravy! |
