Fe Relish
½ of a (15 oz.) can of corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
¼ cup diced red bell peppers
2 T. unsalted and chopped almonds
2 T. diced white onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. oregano
2 T. white wine vinegar
1 T. lemon juice
2 ripe avocados peeled and diced
Combine
all ingredients except avocados. Store in a sealed container
at room temperature for 6-8 hours. Before serving add avocados
and serve with chicken or your favorite meat and seafood.
