SHRIMP ROLL FOR TWO

T. Mayonnaise
1 t. Dijon mustard
1 T. drained sweet pickle relish
½ lb. Peeled cooked shrimp
2 jumbo hot dog buns
1 cup washed shredded lettuce
Mix
Mayonnaise, mustard & relish together in a medium bowl.
Add Salt & Pepper, then shrimp and toss to coat. Split
hot dog rolls open & toast, then fill with lettuce &
shrimp mixture.
