Beef with Sour Cream Noodles

lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
3 cups medium noodles
3 cups tomato juice
1 t. salt
1 ½ t. celery salt
Dash of Pepper
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Lightly brown ground beef in large skillet. Add chopped onion;
cook until tender but not brown.
Place noodles in layer over meat. Combine tomato juice, salt,
celery salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; pour over noodles.
Bring to boil and cover. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add green pepper; cover. Cook 10 minutes or until noodles
are tender. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Heat just to
boiling. Season to taste. Serves 6.
