CHICKEN WINGS
½ cup flour
1 envelope taco mix
3 lbs. chicken wings
6 T. butter
1 cup crushed corn chips (like Fritos)
In
a plastic bag mix flour and taco mix; drop chicken wings in
and coat well. Melt butter in bowl and lightly dip wings in
it, then roll them in crushed corn chips. Place wings in a
large, lightly greased jelly roll pan and pour leftover butter
over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve
with salsa or avocado cream dressing.
