1 cup of butterscotch chips (can also use other flavors if you’d
prefer)
2 cups chow mein noodles
1/2 cup pecan or walnut pieces
Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. In a small saucepan or double
boiler, melt butterscotch chips over very low heat (don’t
scorch the sweets!). Stir until smooth and remove from heat. Stir
in noodles and nuts until coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper
and chill for 15 minutes or until firm. Remove from fridge and store
loosely covered in a cool place. |
