cup tomato sauce
½ cup bread crumbs
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1/8 t. oregano
¼ cup chopped onion
Salt and Pepper
Combine ingredients
and pat into 9” greased pie pan.
Filling

cups Minute rice
1 cup water
1-1/2 cup tomato sauce
Salt and Garlic powder
Topping
¾
cup cheddar cheese, grated
Mix filling
together and spoon into meat shell. Cover with foil and bake at
350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Uncover and
sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes
more. Serve. |
