thin slices ham
12 flour tortillas
1 lb. Jack cheese cut into 12 pieces
1 (7oz.) can green chiles (seeded & cut into 12 strips)
Cheese Sauce (recipe below)
Paprika
Place ham, cheese
and chile on each tortilla; fold in sides then roll. Place in greased
baking dish and pour cheese sauce over “crepes” to cover.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

lb. butter
½ cup flour
1 qt. milk
¾ lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 t. prepared mustard
½ t. salt
Melt butter,
blend in flour. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until smooth. |
