BLUE HAWAII BURGERS

pound hamburger
3 tablespoons bbq sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
1 8-ounce can pineapple slices, drained
Sesame seed buns
In a small bowl
combine barbecue sauce, syrup and liquid smoke. Mix well. Combine
hamburger with 3 tablespoons bbq sauce mixture. Shape into 4 patties.
Place patties in pan or on grill and cook until no longer pink in
the middle. While patties are cooking, grill pineapple slices and
toast buns. Place patties and pineapple slices on bottom half of
bun & drizzle with more bbq sauce mixture. Cover with top half
of bun and enjoy! |
