GARLIC MUSHROOM BURGERS

1 pound hamburger
½ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8 oz. Can of mushroom pieces
hamburger buns of your choice

Mix first 5 ingredients together and let rest for at least a few hours. Saute mushroom pieces in garlic and a small amount of olive oil. Form eight thin patties from your hamburger mixture. Drop one full spoonful of mushroom mixture in between two patties and crimp edges together. Pan fry burgers for 4 minutes on each side. Serve on bun with thick sliced fresh tomatoes and purple onion. Add additional toppings as your family prefers.
