¼ cup tomato based chili sauce
¼ cup minced scallion
2 T. minced green olives
2 t. fresh lemon juice
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. bottled horseradish
Salt & Pepper to taste

lb jumbo lump crabmeat
Iceburg lettuce, shredded
Capers
Tomato Wedges
Hard-boiled egg
Lemon
Make dressing
by whisking together the mayo, chili sauce, scallion, green olives,
lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, bottled horseradish, Salt &
Pepper.
Pick over crabmeat,
then divide among 4 plates lined with shredded iceburg lettuce.
Garnish with capers, tomato, egg & lemon. Serve with dressing
