INSALADA
ITALIANA TAGLIATA
SALAD MIX

cups your choice of lettuce
½ pound salami, diced
½ pound mozzarella cheese, diced
4 canned artichoke hearts, diced
½ cup black olives, sliced
½ cup pepperocini, chopped
4 roma tomatoes, diced
Toss all ingredients
and set aside. When ready to serve mix lightly with prepared dressing
and serve. If you’d like, crumble up some crispy-fried bacon
and sprinkle on top with additional shredded mozzerella.
DRESSING
1
cup salad oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/8 cup fresh basil
1 t. garlic, chopped
½ t. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.
Blend all ingredients
in food processor or blender. |
