MOLDED
RASPBERRY SALAD
1 (3oz.) box raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
½ cup vanilla ice cream (or raspberry sherbet)
1 (9oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sliced banana
½ cup chopped nuts
Dissolve jello
in boiling water. Mix in ice cream until dissolved. Chill until
partially set. Fold in pineapple, banana and nuts. Pour into 3-cup
mold or individual molds and chill until firm. |
