PIZZA
SALAD
Serves 6
1 head Iceberg Lettuce torn into pieces
½ pound Salami and/or Pepperoni, cut into bite size chunks
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Tomato, chopped
½ cup pitted Black Olives, halved
1 T. chopped fresh Chives
1 can Tomato Sauce (3 oz.)
½ cup Vegetable Oil
¼ cup White Wine Vinegar
1 t. White Sugar
1 t. Salt
¼ t. Garlic Powder
1 t. Oregano
1/8 t. Ground Black Pepper
Combine lettuce, meat, cheese, tomato, olives and chives in large
bowl. Wisk together all remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour
over salad, toss to coat and serve.
